Well, taking it one step further, let's say she actually pays the full 
fine (doubtful).

Each of the writers/artist of the 24 songs should then sue the RIAA for 
their fare share. The music doesn't *belong* to the RIAA, so why should 
they have any right to keep it all?

Of course, creative accounting would prove that the RIAA took a loss, 
even at $222,000 ...
