Peter Myers tested and lost....... rumour has it it cost 'us' ASCAP  
members around $1/2M to prove Peter wrong !

I believe the 'magic' part of the 'song' in order to be paid as a  
feature is 'lyric'......... no matter what it is........  does Danny  
Lux get paid features on Boston Legal?
