Perhaps - but I also think you'd also see a huge increase in the amount 
of "pop song" scores too, huh?

Plus, the producers and directors already have plenty of library music 
sitting around - plus a bunch of other "work for hire" music they 
grabbed years ago that they can edit and use again and again.

The writers might eventually bring the industry to its knees, but 
composers would just get laughed at because there's too many ways around 
us, many of out own doing...
