I read on the Film Music Network and elsewhere that James Newton Howard resigned from the ASCAP board, but after lots of digging, I can't seem to find out WHY he resigned. Was it simply a matter of "too busy" or did he have serious issues with ASCAP policies? Anyone have any insight into this? -Bob Safir
