Why is the ASCAP Board & Execs still allowed to get
away with payment for like uses at different
rates...... e.g. song-inst as underscore?
Never mind 1-1 which scares him to death.

Also.... term limits for Board members.... and perhaps
the Pres should only be allowed 4 years max !!
