My question(s) is what is ASCAP's stance on downloads (songs and video, a la TV shows)? Are they a performance or are they a mechanical? What would ASCAP like to see happen regarding downloads? What ASCAP policy would Doug most like to change or modify, to what end, and how would he like to accomplish it?
