Just learned from the UK MU today video's do NOT
contain a performers right.

1 Audio [when broadcast.... and via digital
transmissions in the USA] has a performers right.
Product 'A'
2 Audio when added to visual is now NEW product...
Product 'B'
3 Audio visuals do NOT contain performers right.....
this via TV and downloads etc
4 so far audio visuals as downloads do NOT contain
performing rights.

Didn't our paid reps on all continents do well on all
fronts?
