branch of the RIAA, charges thousands of dollars and has set up very, very
restrictive rules on how an internet radio station can operate.

It's an outrageous double-standard - broadcast radio stations pay NOTHING to
the labels to broadcast their music and make millions. Tiny internet radio
stations pay huge fees and suffer under onerous and highly restrictive
limitations.
