Great - will ask. I suspect the answer will be:
"Mark, we've always thought that a download contains both a performance and
a mechanical component, and we've been working hard to make sure the content
providers see things our way. We haven't been successful yet, but ASCAP and
our negotiating teams are hard at work trying to achieve a successful
resolution for ASCAP's writers and publishers"
