[Fmpro] double standards

Les, you're not the only one that feels that way - I suspect this is
widespread in the industry, and explains why composers roll over time after
time and don't make a peep even when confronted with obvious unfair payment
policies. 

After all, ASCAP has OUR money to spend to defeat US in any challenge to
their policies - it doesn't cost THEM a thing...

I think at this point the only relief composers can hope for, given the
realities of today's situation, is a legal or governmental intervention.
Short of that, the songwriters are laughing all the way to the bank.
