The election for the Board of Directors of ASCAP is currently under way. On
Thursday afternoon, February 1, I will host a conference call for ASCAP
writers to answer your questions and discuss various issues regarding
performing rights. 

Any ASCAP voting member who is interested in participating in the call
should send an email with the subject "Conference Call" to me or call my
office at (516) 883-0121. Details of the call will be sent to you.
