[Fmpro] BMI 200%, ASCAP 100% RapidCue

Very helpful - I don't remember ASCAP or BMI issuing invitations to the
composer community at large to get testers - hence the "selected" composers
situation. We've asked ASCAP a number of questions about RapidCue, and as
usual they refuse to provide any details. Yet another level of secrecy and
non-disclosure at ASCAP, so no surprise there.
Since it's a joint ASCAP/BMI system, maybe the folks at BMI (usually far
more professional from my experience) will be helpful -
