  Les, I would consider you at times both terse and verbose, as well as 
outspoken, and sometimes brazen, but the phrase "not very smart" should 
be deleted from your resume'.

  As far as the new PRS weighting rules working out for the little guys 
and gals in the composing biz, don't expect too many positive responses 
to your query.  I posed the same question last month, on this list.  
...and I am no pioneer on the subject.
