Kerry,

Are you maybe confusing your Pump Audio statement with
your ASCAP statement?

Scripts would pay a license fee to Pump Audio, which
would then be passed on to you (or a portion at
least). That's different then a Performance Royalty
paid through ASCAP.

If you are getting paid for Food Network through
ASCAP, it's a good day for us Composers.

Congrats on the Foodnetwork Star Placement. I've been
watching the show, where's it been used on the show?
