Actually, I take it all back.... my Pump Audio statement showed the food 
network uses, but they're not on the ASCAP statements.    I suppose it's possible 
that Pump charges them a higher rate to cover a sort of direct performance 
license?   But yes, they do use library music -- Pump, at least.
