Scripps is a dead end for composers, so don't worry about not getting the
esteemed honor of letting them ream you.
The library deals are all buyout (or similar - like a yearly fee that covers
everything.) And they pay very little to the libraries. If the libraries
were to back out all at once from "buyout" deals like that, it would be a
great thing for composers everywhere.
