I have never felt that Mark's observations about ASCAP policy were 
anything but the truth.
If we were ever given one iota of evidence that progress was being 
made on these issues
I would be more supportive.
If Ascap were run equitably it would enable the mid level composer to 
make a decent
living. Instead it is a bonus system for those who need it the least.
Greed pure and simple.
