[Fmpro] Dead list/question about pricing

I did a museum exhibit in the mid 1990's, all synth, for $4K, but that was
music only and over a decade ago. I did a surround mix (only) for a museum a
few years ago for $2500, so I would guess around $7k - $15K depending on
number of musicians and the amount of sound design needed.

My silence hasn't been because I wasn't following along (I have been), but
I've just been super busy in the studio and not able to add anything.
Got a question for anyone who either has had experience in this area, or
could harken a good educated guess:
What kind of fee should I expect or insist on for about a ten minute
multi-screen production for a show in a museum? The job will involve
several kinds of music, sound design, and possibly voice over, mixed in
surround. All I'm kind of looking for is a 'ballpark' figure so if I throw
my hat in, I'm not going to go too low on it. It doesn't have a 'rush'
deadline, but the budget is already set (I don't know what it is), and the
producer is trying to determine what percentage to set aside for audio.
I value all of your experience and opinions, and welcome any you have!
Thanks ahead of time!
