What I simply do not understand is why a Board member of ASCAP can't

What I do not  understand is why the Board doesn't have data to hand?
Having said that I'm sure the law suits take preference to election  
data, nonetheless,  there is no reason why simple requests can't be  
dealt with.

Everything hinges around the elections and the negotiations..........  
so far, both are mythical.

Sadly Doug, I have to finally join the list  of those who have given  
up on expecting you ever to deal with issues timely & without the  
political waffle.
If the staff wont provide you with data, say so.
Other than that I see no reason for your reluctance.

As I said, friends don't treat friends in the manner you seem only  
too willing to do......... why, who are you protecting?
