[Fmpro] BMI 200%, ASCAP 100%

Typically if there are splits, the percentages on the splits as shown on the
cue sheets should add up to 100%, for instance:
"cue title"
Writer: Joe Smith - 50%
Writer: Bob Jones - 50%
However, once the PROs allow us to start using RapidCue, their new online
cue sheet system, whatever RapidCue is set up to do in this area will likely
become the standard. Anybody heard when people other than the "elites"
they've invited already will be allowed to use this instead of sending in
paper cue sheets and spreadsheets and hoping the ASCAP Data Entry department
does a better job at "keypunching" them into the system does a better job
than the ASCAP Member Services department apparently does at returning calls
and answering questions?
Oh wait, it's all on the website... Never mind. :-)
