By submitting an entry, you agree that you are granting 'the' Company, its
successors and assigns all rights in the entry throughout the world forever.
You agree that on submission all entries become the sole and exclusive
property of Magic Hat Brewing Company and may be used, displayed,
reproduced, modified, combined with other works, used partly or entirely,
used now or in future and distributed by us throughout the world in any
media forever without further permission from or compensation to you.  You
waive any so-called ³artists² or ³moral works² in your entry.  Entries will
not be returned.  YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT WE WILL OWN YOUR WORK AND
MAY USE ALL OR PART OF IT IN ANY MEDIA FOREVER WHETHER OR NOT YOU ARE A
CONTEST WINNER.

By entering the contest, you warrant that your entry was created exclusively
by you, and does not contain any  elements belonging to or created by a
third party, libelous or obscene material or materials that violates the
publicity, privacy or other rights of anyone else. By entering the contest,
you grant us permission to use your name and likeness on our website and
promotional materials without further compensation.
