PRESUME [along with the link below] future cessation of performing
royalty income [See recent Judge Conner ruling on downloads etc].
The only royalty is to be 'The Mechanical'.
Assume you are still entitled to any part of this [only] income stream.
Who will collect for you?

Your Publisher......... where's the cross check?
The PRO's suddenly get a Gov mandate to collect mechanicals !!
Will those PRO's want to keep the weighting formula on mechanicals
[no prime time audience etc here].
Should a mechanical have any weighting attached to it?
How will your usage be tracked?
