We have to be realistic about this house of cards.

1	negotiations with broadcasters are not based on factual evidence of  
what is on the air.
2	Surveys are just that, not accurate.
3	Distribution is based on data that is at best flawed and inaccurate.

We have, as a PRS CEO once said.........  distribution by smoke n  
mirrors.

Let's please get real............  why do you really think  
songwriters don't want change in the USA and DO want change in the UK?

Why are those we vote into place so reluctant to be honest?
