Hi Lynne -
As a composer manager, I would hope that you would want answers as much as I
and others do as these issues directly (and in the case of the payment
rates, negatively) affect your composer clients.
While ASCAP certainly has some issues with me, I remain open to any amicable
relationship with them, and always have. But please, let's not focus on
personalities here - getting answers to these critical questions which
affect every score composer working in America today is what the sole focus
should and must be here. Whatever personal issues ASCAP may have with me
pale in comparison to the importance of these questions to all composers.
