Hi Mark,
I have e-mailed Greg your question, however, I did delete the statement made
by you that you hope that Greg doesn't choke on his lunch. However, Greg
did answer the first question and the answer is it depends on the Network,
whether it is local or broadcast; depends on station.
Greg will have all the questions researched and all your answers will be on
