[Fmpro] 10% Wholesale (!) Royalty on Compositions on a CD? Ripoff?

I might offer to manufacture the CDs then do a 50/50
split as a distribution deal. Whatever they don't
sell, you have CDs to sell elsewhere. I've heard
Digital Downloads now surpass Indie CD sales for most
non-touring acts.
Maybe it's time to visit a good lawyer to draw up a
better contract. Again, the same contract could be
used for other outlets. If you have one fisherman
interested, there are probably other fisherman waiting
on the docks.
