 Of course not.  What I mean is that the private
 sector for-profit business model is very
 different from non-profits and NGO's.  These
 differences include the architecture of the 
 command structure and profoundly different
 standards of accountability.  I have no problem
 with profits.  If better serving the interests
 of composers were profitable it might improve
 things.
