[Fmpro] basic question

What about a legal remedy? As many composers
live in CA one might talk to the CA State
Attorney General's office. The federal Court
system may be a place to look also. There must
be governing laws in place. A legal challenge
would provide for formal discovery which could
force them in all sorts of ways. Theft is a
serious issue. Someone in NY may contact Elliot
Spitzer's office. He seems like the kind of guy
who might be interested in this kind of thing.
Just because a contract is in place doesn't mean
they can act with impunity, and it doesn't mean
that the contract is legally binding if there is
 malfeasance.
