 Les, that's right.  Regardless of the nature of your enterprise or
 business one has to be willing and able to step up and protect 
 and/or fight for one's own interests.  Remedies can be found but
 they don't just show up on one's doorstep.  

 I have been waging war for one thing or another for years
 against the musician's union -- on my own.  I don't understand
 why people today are such herd animals -- they are hardly
 worthy of their heritage, in my opinion.   And they know little
 about history.  Actually I have a theory that a lot of this
 nonsense can be traced to the mental senselessness of the 60's
 generation, but that's just a theory.  :-)
