[Fmpro] residuals, royalties and other terms

Folks there are a lot of terms being bandied about without relationship to
each other, but looped into the same threads as if synonymous.  We've gone
from apples and oranges to an entire fruit basket. They are not the same.

Suggestion: You might want to get clarification (start a glossary?) about
the meaning and differences of each of these and other terms in use in your
forum.

New cycle payments
