Hi Lynne,

I want to throw in a good word for you.  It's really great that you are
doing this and especially great that you are telling us the details, like
when you will call and such.  Please keep that up and let us know as it
progresses.  And also be sure to get those answers in writing!

This might help shed a lot of light on things.
