I was working at Strawberry Studios and I was
receptionist and secretary. And I believe they were
trying to work out what to put in the middle eight.
And a telephone call came through for Eric. So I went
to the studio door and just opened it quietly and
whispered, 'Eric, there's a phone call for you'. And
they all said, 'That's it!' The line they asked me to
say was, '[whispered] Be quiet, big boys don't cry'. 

They asked for a silver disk to be made especially for
me. And it was all done in secret. And then they came
in to the studio to present it to me. And, obviously,
it's a fabulous memory and I've got it to this day.
