Yeah - let's let the terrestrial radio broadcasters make millions of dollars
every year from playing music and not charge them a PENNY in performer's
royalties for the labels and artists, but let's stick it HARD to the little
webcasters who actually play more indie music and non-mainstream stuff and,
other than a few biggies, are all operating on shoestring budgets.
