The "little guy" is quick to find "work-arounds" to the situation that is at hand.
IMO, this legal move to stop long term DRM bleeding is going to have the
same effect on SoundExchange as did the suing of grandma & little 
12 year old "Sally" did on RIAA, but worse.  I've seen the "work arounds"
and it's going to be ugly for all SoundExchange members should it move forward.

Yeah - let's let the terrestrial radio broadcasters make millions of dollars
every year from playing music and not charge them a PENNY in performer's
royalties for the labels and artists, but let's stick it HARD to the little
webcasters who actually play more indie music and non-mainstream stuff and,
other than a few biggies, are all operating on shoestring budgets.
