True but it reminds me a bit of when MIDI came out circa 1983, we  
would plug a DX7 into a juno-106 and would rave at every random  
combination that we came up with, after a while we would start trying  
to make music with all this and it was a bit more complex. I think  
loops are the same, they open up tremendous possibilities and then  
your musicality has to make the right decisions. It's truely an  
artform, wich is why i do not dismiss DJs and rappers(Wait a second  
while i jump into my flame retardant suit).

What i don't like is the ones who make songs that last 8 minutes and  
the only thing that modulates is the low pass filter and the hi-hat  
pattern.
