OK  Economics

So please explain in great detail how an ASCAP 'credit' is  
mathematically produced, and given a vast amount of music is never  
sureveyed/sampled/paid...... which genre of music profits by this bad  
MO.  [Think hard ;-)]

Anyone?

Now explain how income from downloads is to be paid?
