As far as my experience goes, yes it is. The process is slow, but works.

In the case of multiple instrumental pieces seeing use you will be happier 
with the income. I have a handful that see continuous use on cable TV 
stations. I mean it's not going to be your main source of income, but I'm 
sending out music all the time, and Pump is one of the few places that 
actually gets results!

Is the UK publisher asking for an exclusive deal?
