Seemingly the big block is Internet usage....... oops, US composers  
have already lost that line of performing right income via downloads

Given the mechanical right seems to be intact for downloads...... how/ 
what etc will composers know their product has been part of a sale,

1	Anyone know how the process of negotiation to distribution proceeds  
via US PRO's
	a	Do the broadcasters pay at 1-1?
	b	Do the broadcasters negotiate genre by genre?
	c	Do they pay via genre?
	d	How is the credit value actually calculated, based on what EXACT  
data?

2	Is the new BMI change to the weight of BG Vocal just smoke n  
mirrors, will any shift in the money go to instrumental composers?
