Whoa.......... ASCAP doesn't suck.
What is bad is the manner in which it is now run by those who want to
gouge money out of the system for themselves a few 'fellows'.
Ask yourselves this simple question.
On Local TV, the broadcasters negotiator has stated they pay @ 1-1.
So, why does your PRO not pay out the same way?
