Wow... no takers?
Not one person knows !
No digs here folks, but if 'we' don't know what the PRO's and
broadcasters negotiate about, how do we know the money we are paid is
even close to market value.
E.G.

negotiations........ then over 50% of music on air might not be paid
for !!!!!!!
If so, any payment to CPA then comes from where?
If you don't know how your business works, I really have to ask, why
is that?
