Hi Mark,

When I was flying out of Van Nuys airport I met a guy in the 'parts'  
store with a BMI shirt.

Turns out he got so frustrated with BMI [he found members who were  
due money etc, and was told to shut up] he quit and worked  
'parts'....... he was in all fairness a good soldier and did not name  
names at BMI.

PRS, yes I held PRS to be the PRO to copy........... sadly, now they  
changed the rates [I'll bet US songwriter publishers had something to  
do with it.... and did ASCAP scream at PRS telling them NOT to change  
the rates which will impact some instrumental writers !!!!!!] ....
