[Fmpro] ASCAP Check

Unfortunately, ASCAP only allows those with significant catalogs to have
access to RapidCue. Unless you're "selected" to receive access to this due
to your relationship with your PRO, they've made it quite clear that
RapidCue will not be provided to individual composers without medium to
large catalogs.

More good reasons not to complain about ASCAP, I suppose, as this is yet one
more "benefit" that you can receive or be prohibited from receiving
depending on your "relationship" with your PRO. Scary.
