I will later reply to this and post it for you guys as well.

Good morning Marinho,

I read your post this morning and it was very disturbing. I have sent  
it off to some of the ASCAP people who are in charge of these things.

There are several types of performances (festivals, etc.) which are  
very hard or impossible to track, and others (foreign) which ASCAP  
has very little control over. Nevertheless, you deserve better  
service than you have been given.

I apologize to you for the poor treatment you have received. I'll see  
what I can do to get this resolved.
