[Fmpro] ASCAP, Cue Sheets and Other Hell

I must say I do not find DW's position to be arrogant, but what has
always mystified me is why he has allowed himself to perpetrate the
myth which often includes lies?
I can't imagine this fits in with his moral stand on life and the
fair-minded action of others.

DW, I urge you, please spell out exactly how the negotiations between
ASCAP and the Local TV broadcasters is conducted....... no $$ amounts
just the process, the real process.
