MCPS-PRS Alliance new team

MCPS-PRS Alliance Chief Executive, Steve Porter, has revitalised the  
team structure to lead the organisation in a refocused strategic  
agenda, based on revenue growth, strategic alliances and service  
excellence to members.
Jeremy Fabinyi (Mechanicals), Keith Gilbert (Public Performance  
Sales), Andrew Shaw (Broadcast and Online) and Karen Buse  
(International) will lead the revenue generating teams.
Jo Prowse expands her current membership remit with extended  
responsibility over our operations and data processing teams.
Additionally, two new positions have been created to lead new  
Professional Services and Strategic Projects teams.
The reorganisation will create a simpler, more effective structure  
that will allow the Alliance to better meet its members’ and  
customers’ needs in a challenging and rapidly changing business  
environment.
