[Fmpro] Pump and $MTV$

MTVN definitely pays sync & master fees to all publishers, labels and music 
libraries.   I worked in rights clearance for them for 11 years, and I was one 
of the people who actually had to negotiate agreements all the time.   I'm not 
sure why anyone would think that MTV got things for free.... if anything, 
they got charged more because of the perception of deep pockets.
