Mark, what do you think Gorfaine-Schwartz would sell for, if some larger 
entity wanted to buy it? There are no assets there either, other than the 
composers they rep. G-S doesn't own any of the music that these guys write, they just 
take a commission.   It's the same setup as Pump Audio as far as the assets 
and money flow are concerned.
