But you don't think that G-S has contracts and even exclusivity agreements 
with the composers it represents? And if someone bought out G-S, wouldn't they 
be buying that agency's reputation, their roster of composers & the music they 
generate, and all the proceeds thereof?

While Pump doesn't rep anyone exclusively, they're basically acting as an 
agent for all of the people in their catalog.   To me it seems like the same 
thing.... I don't see anything dirty about the sale to Getty.   Although, if Getty 
starts turning it into the equivalent of a microstock photo site, licensing 
cues at $1.00 a pop,   I'll be the first one to jump ship.
