Claude, I think you nailed it.   It does seem to be the way of the future.

As for the "thanks to pump i put a down payment on a house" testimonial... 
maybe they were lucky enough to   a) land a piece in a big ad campaign   and   
b) live in a remote area of the US or Canada where houses don't cost too much!  
   I would never count on my pump money (or the resulting ASCAP money) for my 
income, but at the end of the year it does turn out to be a small piece of 
the overall pie.
