This from PRS in the UK.

Thank you for your enquiry of 09 October 2007 regarding Scripps and
Pump Audio.

With regard to Pump Audio (UK) Limited, they are direct publisher
members of MCPS and PRS. If you require any information on the works
that this publisher controls I suggest that you search our online
works registration database.

Scripps Music are publisher members of SESAC. We have no works
registered on our database under their CAE number. Similarly if you
conduct a title search on our works registration database we have no
works registered under the title 'Scripps'.

.....................................................................
Given Pump are members of MCPS, this, one must presume, means they
have the right to re-license US product for at least the UK, or is
this a different company?
As PRS members they would also pick up their share of the publishing,
which might include US ''''copyrights''''.

How about the broadcast mechanicals from the EU due to 'Pump'
people.. anyone know?

promoted<<

Anyone know if Scripps is/has writer members at SESAC?
